Hello all!
A quick update - The Cherry Blossom and Forget-Me-Not necklaces have arrived, and I've been busy packing orders. They were totally worth the wait, they are SO CUTE.
As of today, about 60% of orders have been shipped out (all Australian orders and roughly half of the international orders). I expect to get the rest of them sent out by the end of next week / 18th of October.

Fulfilment Update

Hello wonderful people!
We have some good news and some delay news.
Delay news: The cherry blossom and forget-me-not necklaces are being re-made again. There was an issue with a batch of metal plating bubbling (which affected a bunch of other people's orders too, not just mine). The factory is working overtime to fix the issue. In 5ish years of working with them, we've never had these kinds of delays before (so of course it happens on a pre-order haha). I'm fortunate to have a manufacturer who works to such a high standard that they'll re-make items rather than send me something with flaws.
Good news: In the meantime, they've sent me all the other items in the order. And they are *PERFECT*. So if you didn't pledge for one of the flower necklaces, your items will be shipped out next week.
I'll keep you posted once I know the flower fidget necklaces are on their way to me and when you can expect those to be shipped.

Manufacturing Delay + Timeline Update

Hi wonderful backers!
A quick update on the timeline for this campaign.
We had planned to receive the items this week and begin shipping them to you, but there's been a delay with manufacturing. The Cherry Blossom and Forget Me Not necklaces had some issues with plating during manufacturing (i.e. it makes the metal look tarnished instead of glossy), so they're being remade.
The good news is all other items are already made and had no issues.
This will likely push back the timeline 2-ish weeks, meaning we'll receive the items late September and have them shipped out in early October.
I will keep you updated when they arrive and begin shipping out - you should also receive an email from Australia Post with tracking information once your shipping label is created.
Apologies for the delay and any inconvenience, and thank you all very much for your patience!

Hi everyone! Quick announcements:
1. BackerKit will be charging cards today / tomorrow for shipping + any items you added to your order
2. Manufacturing is a bit behind schedule, it's looking like they will arrive to you late Sept / early Oct. Apologies for the delay, and thank you for your understanding :-)
3. We're still waiting on 40+ people to complete their surveys. Please complete your survey ASAP (if you can't find the survey link in your emails, go here)
4. You might have seen I'm launching another campaign this week (Fantasy Varsity Jackets). This campaign won't delay or affect the delivery of your fidgets, since it won't be in the fulfilment stage until early 2025. If you want to check it out, here it is!
